These Terms & Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all purchases made through the website www.leinmarrakech.com.

Hereinafter referred to as “LEIN MARRAKECH”, “the Company”, or “we”.
Any individual or entity placing an order on the website shall be referred to as “the Client”.
2. PURPOSE
These Terms define the conditions under which LEIN MARRAKECH offers its products for sale, including but not limited to massage candles, body care, and sensory rituals.
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms in their entirety.
3. PRODUCTS
Each LEIN creation is designed with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to quality, sensorial experience, and craftsmanship.
Products are offered subject to availability.
While we strive for visual and descriptive accuracy, slight variations may occur due to artisanal production, lighting, or packaging evolution. Such variations do not affect the integrity or quality of the product.
4. PRICING
All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), inclusive of applicable taxes.
LEIN MARRAKECH reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to the Client is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping fees, where applicable, are clearly indicated prior to checkout.
5. ORDERS
Orders are placed directly via the website.
An order becomes final upon:
- validation of the cart
- acceptance of these Terms
- successful payment or confirmation of payment method
LEIN MARRAKECH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:
- prior dispute with the Client
- suspected fraudulent activity
- incomplete or inaccurate information
6. PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods include:
- secure online payment (credit/debit card)
- cash on delivery (where available)
All transactions are processed through secure payment systems.
For cash on delivery, the Client agrees to provide full payment upon receipt.
7. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered within Morocco to the address provided by the Client.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location and operational conditions.
LEIN MARRAKECH shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable Moroccan consumer regulations, the Client has a period of 7 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible:
- products must be unused
- returned in their original condition and packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the intimate and cosmetic nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client.
9. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued after inspection and validation of returned items.
They are processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
10. LIABILITY
LEIN MARRAKECH is committed to delivering high-quality products. However, we shall not be held liable for:
- improper use of products
- individual sensitivities or allergic reactions
- indirect or consequential damages
Clients are encouraged to review product compositions and perform patch tests where appropriate.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the LEIN MARRAKECH universe—including but not limited to branding, visuals, content, product design, and storytelling—are the exclusive property of the Company.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
12. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer experience.
LEIN MARRAKECH is committed to ensuring confidentiality and security.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution prior to legal proceedings.
Failing such resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Marrakech.
